In accordance with Law No. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, as well as in accordance with Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, BeautyKO Online SRL is obliged to manage the personal data of users of the website www.beautyko.ro only in safe conditions.
Also, the personal data of all users of our website are in full compliance with European Union Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR).
We would like to inform you that from time to time changes may occur to this document and the way in which we will inform you of these changes will be by updating the date at the top left of the page. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please kindly leave the website.
Article 1. Personal data we collect
1.1. We collect your personal data when you do one or more of these actions: participate in a promotion and/or contest; when you place an order, whether through the website or by phone or email. We may also collect your personal information when you interact with our pages through social media. Please read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the social networks on which you activate and interact with us.

Article 3. How long do we keep personal data?
3.1. The collected data will be kept for the duration of your relationship with us and for 3 years after the end of our relationship. You have the possibility and right to request the deletion of your data from our database at any time. You can do this by sending us an email to contact@beautyko.ro - If you opt for this, your data will be deleted as soon as possible (an exception to this rule is when there is a negative balance or an unresolved request or dispute. In this case, the data necessary to resolve the problem or dispute are kept for the duration of the dispute within the limits of the rules regarding the statute of limitations.
3.2. Special cases include your email address which will be kept in the newsletter subscriber list until you manually unsubscribe by accessing the "Unsubscribe" or "Unsubscribe" link placed at the end of the promotional and/or informational email.
Article 4. Who we share personal data with
4.1. The BeautyKO Online SRL team strives to ensure that your personal data is not used for purposes that endanger you or your property, therefore we have reviewed each contract with our collaborators regarding the protection of personal data in accordance with European Union legislation known as GDPR and the handling of this data in maximum security.
4.2. Therefore, we share your data with, courier service providers; payment/banking service providers; marketing service providers; IT service providers and other commercial companies that help in the smooth running of our services. Data is also shared with third parties when you use the social media buttons (please read the Privacy Policy of these social media platforms through which you interact with us).
Article 5. How we protect personal data
5.1. Online transmission of personal data is done only using state-of-the-art encryption algorithms and is stored on secure servers. Our security and safety measures include statistics necessary to ensure the security of the site and the services made available to you and other measures regarding cyber attacks; prevention and detection of fraud attempts + measures regarding other risks. For the safety and security of our website users, we will NOT publicly provide more details regarding the security procedures we apply.
Although we make great efforts to protect our users' data, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the transfer of information via the Internet, or through other public communication networks, is not 100% secure, there is a risk that personal data may be seen and subsequently used by third parties unauthorized by us, the state or you. BeautyKO Online SRL will not be responsible for such vulnerabilities of systems that are not under our control.
Article 6. User rights (access, rectification, deletion of data)
6.1. In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- access to your personal data that we store and use;
- to request us to update, correct, block or delete your personal data;
- to oppose the collection of personal data or to oppose, without any justification, your data being used for direct marketing or being disclosed to third parties for this purpose;
- as well as any other right established by law no. 677/2001 and by law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data.

Please note that, according to legal provisions, if you have more than one access request per year, we will charge a fee for this type of request in the amount of 200 lei.
