Delivery Policy
- Delivery of orders will be charged 22 EUR.
- Delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days from order confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days from the moment of order confirmation. In very rare cases, the courier may be delayed for a few days during busy periods of the year, such as: "Black Friday", Christmas or other holidays.
We deliver via Express Courier throughout Europe. And both we and the courier company make great efforts to deliver orders on time and safely to our customers.
Other information regarding order delivery:
- On the day of receiving the package, the courier will contact you by phone (SMS/Email) to inform you of the time slot in which the delivery will take place.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- In case of visible damage to the package, please refuse the delivery and immediately, clearly and in detail, state all the details of the damage found. These details must be written by the buyer or the recipient of the order on the courier's delivery note. After that, we will make a decision regarding sending a new product to you as quickly as possible.
- Order delay: in these situations, which are not limited to those mentioned above, the delivery of the products will be made within a maximum period of 30 working days.

- BEAUTYKO ONLINE SRL does not assume responsibility for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as: special weather conditions, strikes, road accidents, street demonstrations, falling trees, rocks, heavy snowfall or other weather conditions unfavorable to the smooth operation as well as other special situations that could prevent the timely delivery of the order. Legal note: We will submit disputes that cannot be resolved amicably to the competent courts for resolution.
Observation: If the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to deliver the package, he will try again later, otherwise the order will return to our point of work. And due to this fact, in order to try another shipment to you, the recipient is obliged to pay in advance for the new order.
