Shipping policy
- On the day of receiving the package, the courier will contact you by phone (SMS/Email) to communicate the time slot in which the delivery will be made.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and during legal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of visible damage to the package, please refuse delivery and immediately, clearly and in detail state all the details regarding the damage found. These details must be written by the buyer or the recipient of the order on the courier's delivery note. After that, we will make a decision regarding sending a new product to you as quickly as possible.
- Order delay: in these situations, which are not limited to those mentioned above, the delivery of the products will be made within a maximum period of 30 business days.

BEAUTYKO ONLINE SRL does not assume responsibility for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as: special weather conditions, strikes, road accidents, street demonstrations, falling trees, rocks, heavy snowfall or other weather conditions unfavorable to the smooth operation as well as other special situations that could prevent the timely delivery of the order.
- Legal note: Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts for resolution.
If an order has been shipped to the customer and the parcel is not collected from the courier or delivery point and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs, even if these were paid at the time of placing the order.
In addition, a return handling fee of 22 EUR will be charged and deducted from the total amount paid, to cover the return shipping and processing costs.
This policy applies regardless of whether the order was prepaid or paid by any other accepted payment method.
By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for collecting the parcel within the timeframe communicated by the courier.
